Resto Tech met every expectation. They were superior in their communication - both in response and initiation. They were friendly and personable.

They are a totally irresponsible company. They all threw the ball at each other. There was no accountability. They left their tools at the house and never came back to get them. There are tons of equipment that nobody came to pick it up. I called to tell them that it was still here. They invoiced the insurance company for it. They lied to the insurance company and said that they had done a pack out, but that never happened. We had to do the house ourselves. They left boxes piled up in the house, so it was not accessible at all. My 99-year-old grandmother was left with this huge mess.

I enjoyed working with the staff. I went over there and checked on the staff every day and they were nice, courteous, and finished before the time.

The workmanship and materials were high quality however scheduling and communication was unpredictable and the job took longer than necessary.

After the job was finished they didn't clean and left a mess in the back yard. Someone piled things in the garage and we had to pay someone else to fix the final work and the mess left by Resto Tech.

I was so overwhelmed with joy with what they did with my home because they went above and beyond. They are all wonderful. They were so kind, and tried very hard to resolve any issues that I had.

It was a relief working with Michael Razmara at Restotech. He made sure work are done on time and good result. He made me and my husband their number one priority. And he will answer and/or return your phone calls, not to mention that our worries, questions and requests to be all with positive responses. I will work with them again and 101% recommended.This also includes their team leaders like Robert in their clean up department and Vicky their moving department.

The team, especially the younger gentleman, were very professional and courteous. They explained what damage they saw and what the probable plan of action would be. It was particularly warm that day and I had to be forceful with them to accept iced water. They worked continuously until all the furniture was stored. Machines were in place for drying the various areas. Overall, I was highly impressed with their services.

Overall, they weren't very professional.

Also the technician, Cesar, was very polite, supportive and always showd up when he said he would. He always put on booties to keep our floors and area rugs clean which we really appreciated:and was very kind in his manner of dealing with our leak problem. He worked well around our schedule as well. We highly recommend this gentleman to continue in this capacity. Ronda was always polite in scheduling the tech and briefing us on next steps in our process. A weakness of this survey is you can't answer or respond to numbers 12 & 13--- SORRY!! It will not accept my typing-- boo hoo!!
