It’s not always clear what is required when a project starts. she was proactive about scheduling to work & returning calls. i realize contractors have a lot their plate and return calls on inquiries is appreciated in making progress on a project. Friendly and helpful. That is especially helpful for a company i have not used before. Courteous but not overly aggressive. Work was performed professionally, thank you!

The gentleman I worked with name was Nathan. He was wonderful. He explained everything to me so well. He was able to guide me through what the insurance company wanted me to do. When they were deciding what had to be done, he explained it to me so well to where I could understand. The workers were very social. We joked with each other. They were really careful with my home, furniture, and cabinets. I will use them again.

The water leak was found, and the crawl space was cleaned up for the plumber. The workers were courteous and efficient.

Abel Hernandez was really professional, personable, punctual, and really thorough in everything he did when he was out here.

When they initially came out, they did so in a timely manner and did what they were supposed to do. When they left with their equipment and took down the tape, they didn't reconnect some items, including a water filter and a garage disposal, and sliced a pipe behind a wall in the process. They came back afterwards when the equipment was gone. They attempted to fix the slivered pipe and crack but didn't do it right. I had to hire a plumber to fix everything they did wrong, including the installation of a faulty valve. It started leaking. They took everything down to the studs, like they were supposed to. That was when they sliced the pipe. They pointed it out to me, and I can't say they didn't know. My original leak issue was fixed. They created a whole new problem. The sink wasn't properly supported either. The other plumber had to install supports for the sink, since I cannot use it until this process is done. In the beginning, they seemed to be on top of things. By the end, it was not good. The plumber cost me $1,200 and still has to come back. They lied about not cutting the pipe at the end.

They were extremely responsive after being dispatched by our insurance company. They were able to triage my house and send out a project manager very quickly.

We had an extremely difficult experience, and they couldn't have been nice. They made the experience bearable. We lost our home and belongings in a fire. They were just amazing to work with.

The project manager, Nathan, who was in charge of everything, was excellent. Also, Ricardo, I believe that is his name, and his team went above and beyond. They were excellent, personable, did excellent work, and worked very, very hard.

RMC was very responsive during the whole process. However, I told the demo crew how to disassemble my cabinets and asked they take care not to damage them as they removed them. They did a poor job at this likely because they assumed the cabinets would be replaced anyway. My insurance company is only paying to repair these cabinets so that is going to extend the project and result in a higher cost.

RMC came the same day as the problem arose, and communications that day and through the end of the remediation work was excellent.
