My appointment was between 9:00am to 9:30am on a set date. Never showed up until 2:00pm with a crew from Riverside Co. They only taped our walls where mold was found, then left.

I will recommend to everyone! I am so happy that Nationwide works with Restoration Management Company and that they referred us to Sam Bonner (the office manager for Orange County). They were prompt, professional and worked hard on an emergency issue which included a water leak, carpet and wall damage, mold and then asbestos (when pulling up the carpet). They did everything timely and to code (asbestos is tough). They coordinated with other contractors and testing companies which was made difficult by my aging father who had fears of moving out of his house. They coordinated a pack up of half of the house and then unpacking (again made difficult by my dad not wanting to leave the house). I would recommend this company to everyone, if your insurance company recommends them then you've scored! Sam could not have been more patient and understanding as well as professional.

Restoration Management Company has great communication skills, a fast response and they perform very high quality work. The project manager, Diana, gave me her cell phone number and always responded very quickly. The crew performed very quickly and provided quality work.

We were not given enough warning to prepare for their arrival. In other words, we didn't know that we had to get the room cleared and take out all of our toiletries. We were not prepared or informed of the steps of the process, so we were caught unaware. We had to rush to clear the room and everything, and it was very inconvenient because when you rush you forget to bring things out that you need. I told the owner Henry, and he did apologize for it.

6 days passed before any work had started. The day I called for emergency water mitigation services, they did send someone out to survey the damage. Then 6 days passed before any work had started. I'm not the water damage expert but I would assume the longer we wait before acting to mitigate water damage, the greater the risk in development of mold and mildew; factors in which I believe we all would like to avoid in a water-caused damage situation. A 6 day wait when contacted for "emergency" services seems ridiculous.

They are very professional, and very careful about how they go about their business.

Their testing crew was awesome, on time, and they did a thorough job even though the environment was not liveable. As soon as you'd walk in there, you'd get an instant headache. This guy was a trooper going in there.

Diana and her crew were great and we did have some set-backs but Diana made sure I know why and explained everything. I appreciated this as this as I had no idea how this was going to work. I felt she treated me as she would a friend and I appreciated her good work ethic and helpfulness.
