The staff that was here was very courteous and respectful of my home.

All the people that have come here are pretty good. My only problem is every time they come back, it's different people.

Rob and the whole company did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. They did it quickly. I think Rob was the project manager.

Joshua handled all my questions promptly. Both of his crews were very friendly, and professional. When the pod was picked up, there were so quiet that we didn't even know it had been picked up. Also the pod crew moved our trash and recycling containers and then kindly replaced them to where they had been.

I was very pleased with the service. The only reservation that I have is a letter that I got about payment, but my insurance company had already paid.

Isis and Joshua’s staff are punctual and know what they’re doing. And respectful.

Estimate came back for removal of 45 square feet of flooring even though flooring is continuous throughout the house.

I told our HOA community manager to look into giving Restoration Management preferred vendor status. Yes, I would recommend Restoration Management.

I would recommend them but tell them of my experience with them not putting the drainage hose in a bucket or the washing machine pipe that leads to outside for the water and caused damage to my cabinet.

Excellent experience from start to finish

Restoration Management was available and ready to start work immediately!! That was a real PLUS, seeing that my ceiling leak was on my kitchen!! The team came out on a Saturday, along with a plumber. Very appreciated!!

I had a good experience with Restoration Management Company and they did a good job.

I had issues with the employee named Isis from the office. She gave me bad notice on work that needed to be done concerning my insurance claim.

The reimbursement didn’t cover the replacement $8,000.00 cost. they only gave me $6,199.37

Restoration Management Company was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

The workers themselves were very nice, polite and worked very hard. There was a lack of communication between the work staff at my home and the home office. Subsequently, took much longer than it should have because of a series of having to redo the work. The crew themselves very nice and possibly some jobs given to them, they weren't well versed at. I would like to add that I do not want anyone to lose their job over this, but the job took over 3 weeks.

The two people that came out had great customer service, and they made me at ease.

Restoration Management had to come out a second time to clean up an area they had worked on and an area that they had left wet with standing water.

They did a fine job, but they dropped a tool and damaged my floor.

The man that came in that cleaned up my kitchen water, had told me he would be back on Monday, I went in the kitchen and I asked why he had to tear down a wall. I called a plumber, and he came in and said there was no water behind that wall. I had my daughter call them and tell them not to tear the wall down. After I talked to someone in the office, it made me so upset I had to go sit down to relax.

The experience with Restoration Management Company was very unprofessional. The first day after I had contact with the representative, we set up a time frame to get started with the procedure, the matter at hand. They did not show up on the first day. They called the next day, to set another time frame, they showed up over an hour late. It was a poor initial experience.

Paul Zamule is very informative and customer service friendly. He went out of his way to make everything go smoothly. Unfortunately the day they were removing the equipment and returning to replace the furnishings, we had some damage. There was a lovely woman who was in charge and only one other person to help her and it was his first day. My lucite and glass desk was damaged and my grandaughter's trundle bed, and pictures that were rehung above the guest room bed was not hung properly and when my daughter and son in law came at the end of that week, the picture started to fall down. Those pictures have been hung there for over 17 years with no problem.

They came in and didn't do their job they were supposed to clean my stuff and then put it back, but they didn't and there was cross contamination and when I confronted them about it, they kept lying about it, and they weren't pleased when I told them how to do their job.
