Very poor work. Customer Service wasn't good. Communication wasn't there. They basically didn't do what they said they would do. A couple of the crew guys went on vacation and left the job half-way done. It didn't go well. Hopefully, it's not like that for everybody.

The techs Ramon and Ramon are so great. It is always stressful to have workers in your home because often they leave more of a mess than what they are there to do/fix. Ramon and Ramon were very conscientious and left the area clean (and dry - during a pouring rain storm) every day. They also arrived at the agreed upon time - which is a huge thing!
