My fire was November 7th, and the problem is that Restoration Management Company failed to come in and help my home recover by putting the plastic up that was needed for excess debris to come down. That sat for weeks, and I felt it was neglected. The air quality, inside the home because I was sleeping outside of the home in a trailer, could've been improved immediately by having an air scrubber for the area that the electrical fire burned up into the attic, and it was never covered. I feel like for a restoration company that should be first and foremost. I have been in the house trying to clean, and they've been here a few times. They have never even picked up a sponge, a mop, or anything. The problem is that they've taken all my things to "clean them," however, they don't leave you with any surface that any cleaner once they clean. I had two women in a 4'x5' bathroom for 3 hours, going through all of my toiletries, dumping them into bags. They were just carelessly dumping them into bags like any little thing that I had out that was halfway organized, they just dumped it. It was completely upsetting and for them to be in my bathroom for 3 hours, and they didn't even wipe down the mirror. They gave me a stupid excuse of "Oh, that's not included in this part of it. We're just doing the pack out." I just opened a $17,000 bill and a $2,800 bill for the 59 pages of tribial things they documented into pictures from my bathroom. The next morning, I wouldn't even allow them back into my house to go through the rest of the bathroom, the kicthen, or any other places. I cannot even imagine what people go throiugh because the company is not transparent in telling you what to expect as far as charges. I am blown away with how they do things, and I am so unhappy.
It was the most horrible service I have ever had. There was a leak in my building. They came and started yelling at me in Spanish. They gave me inaccurate instructions. They left standing water. They were supposed to remove it, but they didn't and then charged me an arm and a leg for it.
Luis Garcia is very competent, communitive and knowledgeable. He always kept me informed and finished the work needed quickly.

The men who came out were very nice, and took care of everything. They watched over me because I am a senior. They were absolutely perfect, and I can't agree with that anymore, and they made everything safe for me.

As such, my insurance recommended RMC to mitigate the water damage and RMC eventually came back to clean our home.I had primarily been in contact with Tony Rubio and he was very knowledgeable, empathetic and punctual throughout every interaction. From the moment I spoke with Tony, I felt at ease that he and his team would perform a thorough job to allow my family to safely return back into our home. Although it had been several months since we spoke regarding the scope of work, Tony delivered on what we had discussed and what we were expecting. I appreciate his expertise, timely communication and overall professionalism.I would highly recommend RMC for any needs related to water mitigation issues.

I hired your company for mold damage due to a roof water leak. Your company did not address the mold problem but instead requested for an asbestos inspection which was not something that was any concern for us. At that time I was confused and not sure why Chris your manager was requesting am asbestos inspection and I thought it was required for them to be able to do the mold clean up. They ended up billing my insurance over 11K for asbestos clean up and since it was for an empty rental property we did not discover that there was no indication of any clean up done by your company and all mold was still there. We ended up paying out of pocket to get the mold removed/cleaned up. Your manage Chris is not honest and misled us into getting the asbestos testing and cleaned up, when we did not needed that at all. Will not recommend your company or do business with you ever again.

michelle seville of restoration management was understanding & professional about assessing the damage to the property & outlining the steps to remediation. It’s not always clear what is required when a project starts. she was proactive about scheduling to work & returning calls. i realize contractors have a lot their plate and return calls on inquiries is appreciated in making progress on a project. Friendly and helpful. That is especially helpful for a company i have not used before. Courteous but not overly aggressive. Work was performed professionally, thank you!

When they were deciding what had to be done, he explained it to me so well to where I could understand. The workers were very social. We joked with each other. They were really careful with my home, furniture, and cabinets. I will use them again.
