Restore Master was professional, answered all of my questions, and worked quickly to mitigate the water damage.

I don't have an issue with the quality of the work. I have an issue with the amount of time it took to get the work completed.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, uncaring company. After they had us sign their paperwork for water mitigation portion of their job and got their payment from our insurance company for that portion, they totally disappeared and never fixed the floor and ceiling that they ripped apart during mitigation and demolition They had said they would email us a link for us to pay them our deductible but never sent the link. We texted them several times asking them to send the link for us to pay the deductible but they never did. They also had claimed they didn’t get the estimate from the adjuster but adjuster had sent it to them. Stay away from this company!!!!! Terrible disaster of a business all around!!!!!!!

They were very professional and very responsive. They supported the project throughout. It was a lengthy process, but they guided us along the way. My parents were very happy getting their home back before Thanksgiving. The main people we worked with were Dan with the repairs, Joe with packing and repairs, and Corina with the packing. They were all courteous. I have nothing but great things to say about my insurance adjustor on the business side, as well. I would not hesitate to give them a recommendation to anyone that may need their home repaired in the valley.

They pointed out things that might have caused problems down the line. I always felt comfortable with them in my home. The end result exceeded my expectations.
