While things didn't always go exactly right the first time around, the team was incredibly responsive and welcoming of feedback and consistently did what was right by the client. The customer service was incredible. They were responsive especially inclusive of the text, project manager, and everyone all around!

Being in an emergency flood situation with our basement filling up with water like the Titanic and our household in a panic, almost immediately after talking to Harrison I had heard from Devon that help was on the way. Manny and Javier arrived so fast and made an emergency situation look routine. They were so calm, helpful and professional throughout the process and brought our stress level way down. In the days that followed Javier and his crew Henry and Andrew were incredible and very thorough. We appreciated Javiers constant communication letting us know what was going on at all times, and Devons daily email updates as well. Most of all, my wife and I marveled at the calm demeanor of your whole team throughout the process. Javier walked us through everything, made sure we understood, asked if we had any questions and told us to reach out to him at anytime which put our minds very much at ease. It really went a very long way in a difficult situation and we could not be more grateful!!

Technicians were ill trained. Damaged areas that were unaffected by the initial damage. 

I am not satisfied with this company!

They were not truthful. They would email one thing but agree to another thing over the phone. If they did something wrong or broke something, they did not fix it. I took before and after photos and sent them to them for proof of what was done, yet they did not repair them. I asked them to get me in contact with the CEO which did not happen. Jonathan came to help, and I did not agree with what he said however, I finally had to just agree with them, so they would not come back to my house anymore. The 3rd party installer that did my backsplash was awful. It looks like a child installed the tile. It was not straight at all and the supervisor looked at it and said it looked fine. The carpet crew broke my TV and left nails sticking up from the floor that I have to hammer back into the ground, so my children do not step on them. The microwave cannot be opened all the way because they did not measure properly. However, they said I bought the wrong size microwave and said that I measured wrong. The technician approved the microwave right after I bought it, so it was not my fault. The cabinets were done so poorly. They are chipped and peeling off. The nails on the cabinet knobs were installed poorly, so you can see through the cabinet and drawers. When they were trying to fix the roof in my kitchen, I told them to patch it before they installed the cabinets. They went ahead and installed the cabinets without patching the whole roof, then realized they needed to patch the roof, so they took it off then redid it.

Lack of communication on scheduling, timing arrival times and work to be done. The workers would show up and have no idea what they were supposed to do. No project management.
