I am happy with the quality of the work eventually performed. I had to follow up several times to find out when the additional work would be completed. And I was not always informed as to when it would be done. After final completion (in December) I tried many times to receive a final invoice. I was even asked to (and did) follow up with my property insurance company. I was finally informed, while on vacation, that the final invoice was ready and that I had to have it paid by 4/13/2024. I paid this final invoice on 4/8/2024. On 4/13/2024 I received a Collection Letter and a Mechanic's Lien from your collections law firm in the mail. The notice is dated 4/9/2024. I inform Results and get a call from the General Manager stating that the notices were sent out in error and would be corrected. Subsequently I receive the same Collection Letter and Mechanic's Lien via certified mail. I STILL have not received the Lien Waiver I requested.

They did a great job handling the insurance stuff. The roofing contractor did a great job. The siding job also good. A few schedule issues; but all worked out.

A little apprehensive at first because of nature of the initial contact.(Door knocking), but after checking around I felt the company was very reliable..They exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend Results. Not one complaint!!
