and get us an estimate. Even with a hurricane they were right on the schedule they quoted to replace the roof! Chase is the best to work with!!

My roof is really well done and looks great. From the initial meeting for the estimate, through color and shinglgle choices, and the final product they are just the best to work with. The whole process was stressless and considering we had gone through several hurricanes they made the whole process and experience very easy. Their crews are really nice and very careful with the rest of the property. They cleaned up really well and left the place like there were never there except for the new roof. I like the Owens Corning (OC) product they work with, they were clear in letting me know which products they would use on the roof system which matched the OC warranty I wanted. The process they use for Manatee County permitting enabled our job to be completed in one day. Their price was also the lowest of the 3 quotes I got. They were very easy to work with, information and communication were very good.

First of all they were on time and completed the job in one day (from tear off to installation complete). When they left you couldn't tell anyone had been there except for the new roof. Having one of the owners there to kickoff the job is a good policy. It was reassuring to know he wanted to know if we had any questions so he could relay info to the crew prior to work starting. This is a policy very few contractors possess and could learn from. The entire team was organized and made for a flawless job. Only one thing puzzled me. All the workers had smiles on their faces even in the midday sun. It must be something in the water they drink. Happy workers means they are doing something right! I have had 10 roofs replaced in my career and none was done as well as this one. I highly recommend them.
