From the salesperson to the installers everything was very professional. We felt very assured that we were getting what was promised. The windows and doors are perfect and beautiful. This week, I entered a discussion on-line regarding ordering new windows. I strongly prefer Andersen to Pella due to quality, etc. and asserted that position. Longevity for windows is my concern.

The quality of the products is good. We are happy with what got installed properly. It stands up. I just can not overlook the rest of the process. There seems to be a lot of confusion. Chase was great personally, and maybe he was new. He did answer some questions, but still seemed confused.

We are so pleased with our new windows and storm door installed by Richmond Window Corporation. The products are of unparalleled quality. The storm door had to be a custom size, and the measurer and installer worked together to find a door that would fit the space without charging us extra.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I can't say enough good things about your measurer and your installer. They were both excellent and incredibly professional and competent. The best part is the products themselves. The windows are wonderful. And the storm door is perfect. It was an unusual size and we thought it wasn't going to work....but the measurer made a suggestion and the installer made it work.
