new drip edge not installed, gutter guards removed and thrashed, dish antenna thrown off roof and left when called personnel sent to reattach had no idea where it had been or how to aim it, cost a service call from dish.

Ryan was great in explaining the roofing process, materials that are available and the pros/cons of each, and supervises the job to make sure it is done right. Whenever the roofing team hits a snag immediate contact to you is made with pictures by Ryan and then quick decisions can be made. Workers seemed to enjoy their job and even played music while working. They are also extremely clean and use netting to protect your landscaping and people coming in and out of the house.

I recently became a widow and I want to stay in our home . When my roof was damaged by a wind storm, I called three roofing companies in the Quincy area for help. No one responded after 30 hours. My sister-in-law knew I was in a panic and started looking at roof companies out of our area. Mr.Melton got the message and called me that night and was here the next morning at 7:30am and patched it up . He came all the way from New London, Mo. He advised me to call the insurance company etc. He was so helpful and was really trying to help me through this roof problem. We sat down and talked about what has to be done. I signed on with him right away. He followed through with everything he promised me. Plus his crew was excellent and started work at 6:00 am and got the job done in one day. I can't express how much he went out of his way to get this done. It's sad when the town of Quincy, IL.does not respond to local residents when they need help the most and I had to get someone from another state to help me. I would recommend Mr. Ryan Melton and his crew of Right Rate Roofing anytime.
