Back in October 2024, Andrew came to our home and showed us your product. He was so kind and knowledgeable that we agreed to go with your company for the installation of our new shower. We loved the fact that it would be done in one day!
We received notification that our shower would be installed on December 6th, 2024. On that day we prepared our home for your arrival and once the project got started we were excited for the outcome. After your men demoed our shower, down to the studs, it was discovered that the shower pan was the incorrect size. I was asked if I would accept a white shower pan they had in the warehouse, but I said, “NO.” I wanted this color I chose because it matched our existing tube. We were informed it had to be special ordered and they did not know how long it would take. I was so upset that my bathroom would be in this condition for an unknown amount of time when it was supposed to be a one day job. During this two weeks, our 70 pound dog tried to get into our walls where it had been demoed. We eventually locked the bathroom door to keep him out only to have him scratch the door up trying to get into our
bathroom.
So two weeks have gone by it’s now December 20th. A new team shows up with the correct shower pan and the installation begins again. They have been working for several hours when we are informed the glass shower door is missing parts. I just had no words. They asked to return that Saturday, but due to it being Christmas we had family plans and that was not possible for us since we were traveling as well, we knew it would be the new year before our bathroom would be complete. I at this point I’m angry.
After returning home we contacted Carlo and now it’s going to be January 9th that our master bathroom will finally be complete. Yet again another team shows up and we direct them to our master bathroom. They start where the others had left off only to come to me once again with a problem. This time the saw they needed to cut something was not working and they would have to drive 45 minutes away to get a new one. I am laughing now saying this can’t be happening. Once they finally return and the shower is completed we go over everything with Mike. At this time he informed us there was an additional piece that sometimes you need or not to keep water from coming out of the shower. Mike told us if we have any issues the shower has a lifetime warranty to just call and someone would come out and take care of it. He also stated that we were not to use the shower for 24 hours to allow the caulking and silicone to dry. After they left, I told my husband we would not use it for 48 hours just to make sure because we have had such bad luck with this whole thing!
So now it’s Saturday January 11th, I return all of our toiletries from our guest bathroom we have been using since December 6th. I take my first shower and when I finish I discover water all over the floor. The carpet I had in front of the door is soaking wet and there is water dripping down the wall just outside the door. At this point I just want to scream and cry. I immediately grab my phone and take some pictures and a couple videos. On Sunday I sent an email to Carlo Lewis including the photos and videos explaining what happened upon taking my first shower. Monday my husband, Tim, received and phone call that someone would be coming here Tuesday, January 14th between 8-10am. Well at 11:00 am two men show up and my husband takes them to the master bathroom (because once again, these are two different men, for a total of 8 men to put in our new shower). As I am sitting here writing you this review Tim comes downstairs to inform me the men here today found the shower door not properly installed. They are adjusting it, installing a sweeping bar on the bottom of the door and then repairing the terrible silicone job. Tim just informed me they were done and took him into the bathroom to show him the shower. Once again there were problems. The sweeping attachment won’t fit so they attached a plastic strip to the bottom of the door and the shower pan itself to help keep the water from leaking out . Also, the door is not sitting right so they are adjusting it again.
I hope that as you read this you understand why I can and will not ever recommend this company to any of my family or friend.

The quality of the product is exceptional! The men who installed our new shower were mindful in protecting our bathroom and the area of the house where they had to go in and out. Towards the end of installation, the lead installer, always asked us where we wanted the special features we ordered before placing them. At the end of the install, he gave us full instruction on how to operate the shower heads and control the flow of water. The team you sent out was EXCELLENT 👍

I wouldn’t recommend based on the quality of the product I got
Installation was poor and the wall panels are damaged with scratches and gouges. Also caulking was slopping, had holes I had to repair and was smeared in a large area of the wall. The installer did not call me back when asked to to fix these issues. I do not recommend Rite Windows.
The cost was very high for our small shower.
From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the time the installers left, we had an excellent experience. Professional, high quality service and products!
Installers were professional, courteous and treated our house like it was their own.

no licensed plumber on the job, shower drain installed incorrectly, front door scratched, wrong showerhead. i am a licensed plumber,so i knew the drain was wrong.how many jobs have they done wrong and the average person has no idea?very expensive , so it should have been perfect.now i have to wait for a plumber to come and fix the drain.not very happy!!
