The experienc was better than I expected as the sales person lived localy, well dressed and well spoken. The terms nand conditions of the sale were also attrctive.

The windows look great. The installers were very nice and efficient. Cleaned up well after everything was installed.

I would definitely recommend Ritewindow for shower . It was a spur of the moment thing for me to have this done. I saw something saying get a free estimate, so I filled out the survey. I had not really thought about it previously, I had no issues with my older tub , but I am getting older and I thought “yah know maybe it is time to get a walk-in shower. So glad I did.

Person who came to take measurements recommended against my replacing a garage window because the state of the structure overall was too deteriorated, which I appreciated. The person who installed my windows was very neat & respected my living space. He noticed ghe caulking in the bathtub needed work so he got my permission & used silicone to re-caulk the tub at no charge. He was fast & courteous. I like my new windows very much. I would use this company again.

The whole experience was easy and low stakes. Never felt pressured to buy or be upsold. Each team member we interacted with demonstrated professionalism and a care and dedication to doing their job and doing it well. Really appreciate that and will work with y’all again. I also love that at the end of the project, there was no signs that any kind of renovation had just occurred. It’s not a given that a contractor leaves the site with everything move in ready without the need to touch up surrounding walls/floors/etc. Overall, was very satisfied and think this was money well spent. Would gladly recommend.

I will strongly recommend Rite Windows - Greater Boston on similar projects for their commitment and responsiveness to our needs on the project. The assembled team administrating the process were courteous, amicable and committed to the smooth completion of the shower installation.

I already recommended the company to a friend in town

We ordered two replacement sliding glass doors. One was cut improperly for the door handle and the crew installed it but it required an additional visit. The next visit the crew arrived and the replacement door was damaged. A third visit was scheduled and the door replaced, but the lock couldn't be installed. A fourth visit got the lock mechanism to work. However, when I got home the aesthetic narrow panels hiding the screws were not replaced. So, another visit to do that and they are now installed. The doors are fine but we selected Rite Window based in part on the assurance that the work would be done correctly, per the salesperson who quoted some statistics. We were thinking of ordering a replacement custom front door but I would not trust that the company could do it correctly after this experience.

Love our new Kohler walk in shower!!!!! Rite Window installation was great!

Nice product. Not fiberglass. Feels more solid. I would not have gone with a fiberglass product.

I was choosing between an entire bathroom renovation and just doing the shower. I’m so glad I decided to go with the Kohler shower. It elevates the room in ways I hadn’t expected. The consultation was thorough and clear. Communication was quick, and I barely had to wait for an install date. My installation team was amazing!! They arrived early, worked hard, and took care of my home during and after install. They communicated with me and were funny and kind. I would recommend Rite Window to anyone looking for a good product and an easy process.
