Only took a couple weeks from ordering to installation, which took 7 hours, water was off for only 2 (which I appreciated). Installer checked with us about where we wanted all the grab bars, shower heads, floating shelf and seat. Good communication all around.

Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Was amazed at how quickly the installation was done with little upheaval or mess to the room. The gentleman that installed the windows was wonderful not only was he professional but very friendly.

The sales person, Steve and the installer, Ricardo were both very personable, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The end product is magnificent.

Great experience! Luis was the Product Specialist who originally stopped by to discuss options. No pressure sales, very pleasant, informative, professional. Brian stopped over a few days later to take measurements. Once again efficient, personable, and professional. Quentin and Charlie were my installers for the day. I can’t say enough good things about these two. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. They’re a great team who went above and beyond. Under promise and over deliver sums these two up for me. They replaced 11 windows and fixed more things than I had known were problems. Even replacing an extra window sill slightly outside the job scope, preventing further issues I was bound to have down the road. I won’t hesitate to call Rite Window when I’m ready to have more work done, fingers crossed Quentin and Charlie will be my installers for that job too!

The in-home estimate is a thorough exploration of the customers dreams leading to a concrete renovation plan that turns out to be exactly what the customer wanted. Then the price shock hits. NO WORRIES; Then the Rite Window staff person provides non-judgmental suggestions and alternatives to reduce and adjust the renovation plan to meet the price range the customer can afford. In my case, Reducing the initial cost by over $5,000. The sales person then provides a no pressure price guarantee for a few months if the customer wants to explore other quotes for the project. In the end, Rite Window was the only contractor willing to do the custom work I asked for at the price quoted.
I would recommend Rite Window to people with $$$ and/or good credit who have custom work they want completed in a professional way, quickly, and with a good warrantee. If people have fairly standard renovation work to complete, and are not worried about the project taking multiple days/weeks to complete. A local contractor with a much lower price might be the best option.

Everything was great, from the sales, to the scheduling, to the install. The install was quick and clean, the installers were courteous and professional.

The entire experience was a positive one and ended with a beautiful finished shower!
