I called them, and I have not received an answer. We had extra shingles. I asked if I could buy them. The man said that they would be sent to a surplus store in Randolf. I am doing my bathroom. I wanted to know the place where there are surplus items. I believe the man's name was Tom. He was the manager there. They said he would call me the next day. I do not have any record of him calling. I wanted to know if he could help me. They told me that I had eighteen months to pay it off. I got a notice that the balance must be paid by December before the interest is added. I am going to pay it off. I did not appreciate that.

Their sales team might need some more training. Initially I met with a very seasoned representative, but he has left the company. The new guy was very green. There were some nail holes. Depending on who did the window, some guys filled the nail holes, and some did not. It would've been nice if all the guys filled the nail holes.

I would like to say, the windows I was told would quiet my house have not. I bought 18 assuming my house would be quieter than it is. Rite Window is a great company.

They did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would. I was happy!

There was one thing that they haven't followed up on. They were supposed to get me a different screen for the sliding door.

The service was spot on, and the windows were installed exactly as they said. They were a lot cheaper than other companies I went to.

The people were pleasant, but I feel that the slider could have been put in better than it was. I feel that the job was not done as good as it could have been. We are getting a lot of wind coming in through the windows. They were also supposed to come and fix the screen door, but did not come back. The job kept getting delayed, but once they came in for the install, it was quick.

There was only one work that I thought was condescending, and I asked him not to come back. All of the workers were pleasant, but they couldn't seem to get the door to work properly. Initially they installed the door, and it did not work properly. The handle did not work. They went through this whole process to evaluate the door. They then gave me a new door, and it was OK, but they painted the door the wrong color. The handle didn't work, and they had to come out several times for that. The initial installation was about 8-9 months ago.

We're happy with everything.

I was very pleased with Patrick. He was very knowledgeable, and everything he said would happen, did. Phil, his installer, also did a good job.

I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

I had two times I had Rite Window come. They did leave, the first time, without cleaning up, and they bumped my wall and left a scuff in my wall. The second time around was better.

It was great working with the company. My work was done during busy season, but they were prompt. I am thinking of calling the company back.

This is regarding a siding project on our house. It was Rite Window, we just had some work done by them. I thought that they were very nice very efficient. They followed through with everything they said they would. It's nice to be able to say that about a company nowadays; that doesn't always happen. I would definitely recommend them to anybody, I was very happy. I would give them an A+. Once again, I have not had all good experiences recently with other things I've done. People haven't followed through, and they haven't done what they said they would do. It's disturbing. So it's very nice when that happens. It's like the old days.

I originally was only going to do a roof with them, but they pitched siding to me. So, we're actually thinking of moving forward with both at this place. The original is completed. I'd give them an A+ honestly. They were very personable and their price was right. Their pitch wasn't as drawn out as some other ones that we'd gotten that were like three hours long. So I would definitely give them a high rating. I would recommend them definitely.

That's why I kept going back to them. The sales process was smooth, and a phrase I like to use is, 'They under promise, but they over delivered on everything.' So, it was great. The last thing was the roof. Those guys showed up at 7:3, and by 7:4 they were on the roof stripping. It was no nonsense. I have a fairly large house, and I was shocked that they actually finished in the day. They wound up wearing miner's lamps on their heads to finish the job at night. They finished at 5:3 at night. They were an A. I've already been recommending them.

They're really excellent, even their customer service. I had a broken window a couple of years back, and they fixed it right away, so they're really good. They cleaned up excellent after themselves. They all represent themselves really good. They're all well-spoken guys. Any issues I had during the installation, they were able to answer it in a timely manner, and it wasn't like I was hanging out there to dry like some contractors are. They're excellent in all areas. I don't have any complaints with them. I honestly don't give A+ on a lot of things, but they are pretty good. I'd definitely give them an A+. They're a really good and a really reputable company. I would recommend them. I recommend them to everybody. Actually, my brother used them as well. They're really great.

They put up a cedar shade shingle on the side of my house. The rest is brick, and they did my roof at the same time. We're kind of educated a little bit in the business. I wanted to get a couple of different quotes. I thought they were the most prepared and seemed to follow through. The call center was really good. They just left a really good impression on me and my wife. I would give them an A+. We've had no problems with it. The follow-up was fantastic. The warranty was great. We're very happy with the business. They were fantastic, and there was literally not a mess.

The communication from the staff on the job site was beyond comprehension. They were on time every day. I didn't even know they were there. By the time they finished up, I couldn't find a nail or a piece of debris by the time they cleaned up. I'd rehire them in a second, especially if I had another project that they could take on.
