This 10 is for Joe the installer! If I could have given him a 15 I would have! You best not let him get away, he is awesome! As far as the rest of the job it was not to my expectations (not the installation). It was the inconvenience of the time it took to get the job completed! The installer did not have all the material or parts that he needed! He was constantly waiting to have things delivered that weren't there. It made my wife and I late for two appointments. In the end the shower is nice, but I think a little over priced!

Installers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and took it all away.

It's an expensive product, but you are paying for convenience, speedy installation, and a lifetime warranty. For us, it was worth it. But not everyone has the option to spend so much on a bathroom shower/tub.

The workers were very thorough explaining their plan of every detail of their work assignment and showed exactly what they were going to do
and after it was completed, asked if I had any questions or concerns. Also they deserve credit for working in frigid conditions the whole time involved in their job. Hang on to these guys because they are truly professional men who deserve extra credit!!

I an very happy with my windows and I can definitely feel the difference in the atmosphere of my room. I am happy with the representatives and actual installation team, they did a wonderful job. When I have finished paying off this set, I will definitely order from Mad City again.

Installers scratched our brand new deck when we asked them to be careful and to please put down drop cloths. Our slinding doors are more drafty than our old ones along with a window. Sharp pieces of aluminum were left all around the outside of our house

Mad City promoted one day installation but ours took 2 days with the second day being almost 12 hours. During our sales meeting, the sales person told us that she would be onsite the day of installation to ensure things went well and to our expectations but that did not happen. No sales manager came or even called during the installation. Our bathroom pocket door was damaged during installation. The newly installed shower had a scuff mark on one of the walls and the glass shower door was not straight. I do not fault the installer for this as this should have been a 2 person job. The doors are extremely heavy and it took my husband and myself to rehang the door. The installer did not have the proper paperwork and warranty information for our shower installation. He had and we were given window installation paperwork.
Our installer, Aaron Johns was very polite hardworking and respectful. I feel that Mad City cares more about quantity rather than quality. I am extremely disappointed in our experience because I do not feel that we got the quality of service promised to us especially considering the cost of this service.
In the future, Mad City should not promise one day installation with a sales manager visit because I sincerely doubt that this ever happens. Stating that she would be onsite during the installation gave my husband and I the false hope that our questions and concerns would be addressed in real time. In addition, an itemized billing statement would be helpful as our contract included a shower curtain bar but we never received one and did not receive a refund.
I’m sorry to report that I would not recommend Mad City to anyone. There is a saying that states: “you get what you pay for.” This is not the case with Mad City. The cost and lack of quality of service is highly disappointing.

The guy that did the demo was not at all cognizant of the construction duct he was making that spread throughout the house. He made a mess in the basement that he never cleaned up

We only had Mad City salesperson come to do a presentation. We decided that day to use them.
