The truth…
We have lovely bathrooms, but what I was told, and what actually happened we’re not the same.
We were told a team would arrive to work on our bathrooms...one man was here, all alone most of the time.
We were told the team would arrive between 8-10 and be here for 2 work days...Sean arrived at 11:30 and was here for 3 days. I was unable to go trick-or-treating with my grandchildren because Sean was still here working all alone.
We were told that we would have an employee of Mad City, not a subcontractor, work on our bathrooms... Sean made it clear that he was hired to do the job and had driven all the way from Buffalo.
We were told that our bathroom would look great...the shower shelves were not level and were falling off as well as the shower door.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mad City they were very easy to work with and the quality was impeccable.

The guy that came to our house to represent the company wouldn't leave until we finally gave in and said yes.
The day the guy came to install the shower, he cut through a pipe without turning the water off first, causing a lot of water damage downstairs.

It was costly. Wondering if I should of researched more.

You need to lower your prices.

The employees all were very friendly knowledgeable and answered all questions I asked. The prices are all very reasonable.

They were very good.

The work was done in one day as promised. Jordan is a very talented young man and did an excellent job.

Project incomplete and poor installation

Great product and the installer was great

This was the first renovation project I had ever done and from my initial phone contact through saying goodbye to the technician who installed everything I am extremely happy and the project from start to finish went very smoothly.

Overall, the entire process was very good. The company makes sure to keep in contact with you throughout the process by phone and text messages. I feel like the company really do care about your satisfaction and experience and that means a lot to me.

I was spending a lot of time moving our clutter around for access . The guys gave me some assistance to complete it cheerfully.

I can't say how extremely happy I am.

A little concerned about the pricing.

Overall we are happy with the new shower and like that the materials are US made and the work is not subcontracted. I'm not sure why you feel it's important to say you can do this in one day. I'm guessing it puts more pressure on your installers and could cause them to work too many hours in a row which could lead to making mistakes.

Over all things went as expected. There are other things I will mention in each spot for improvement or my slight dissatisfaction. But over all yes I would 💯 recommend this. Hopefully things being read will help people make the same decision but also make others aware of possible issues as well.

Purchasing our new shower was a good experience with one exception. The salesman, Kephri showed us Impressions and we chose "Hopscotch". He did not mark it down on the sales order and we got a shower with no impression. eric did a great job on the install

Price is a little higher than expected, but the product is very good. Very happy with our installation thus far and the installation team was awesome and professional. One small hiccup during the install, but the team came back and took care of it at no extra cost.

I could say a million things about how nice the salesman was (Collin) or how fantastic my install team was (Bill & Curt), but the proof is in the pudding. It was down in the 50’s last night and for the first time since I closed on my house the bedroom wasn’t exactly the same temperature as outside. The same with my home office. I’m not wearing a sweater today. There’s no draft blowing through the old windows.

the 2 guys were freindly it took longer than i thought it would. then i had to call them back up,cus the didnt hook the outter bottom of the dinning window trim down or fill in the gap inside at the top of the dinning room window.i was picking up screws out of my driveway plus the stuff that they put around the outside or the windows
