All the competitor estimates I was offered were $5000.00-$6000.00 higher than Rock Solid using inferior materials. Rock Solid offered the best estimate, and honesty, with the highest quality materials they could.

I would give them less than a 1. I would not recommend them to anyone, as a result of poor communication, and sub par work on my interior. I had a very, very, bad experience with the company. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Rock Solid did a phenomenal job getting my roof installed quickly. We found that we had a leak and thought we would have a tarped roof for a while but they made it happen

The salesman and customer service reps. do a good job communicating and scheduling. The roofers left gaping holes and uneven peaks. They didn't install soffits where anything can crawl into. After communicating with Rock Solid for the last three and a half weeks, I have found no resolution to my issues. I have sent pictures showing no soffits, a satellite that was supposed to be eliminated, rotted fascia boards, gaping holes at the peaks, and metal flashing. I have tried to contact them at least twice weekly, but the crew simply makes empty promises. I am stuck with an unfinished roof. I would never recommend this company. I simply want them to finish the job.

If they had just done the roof, the ratings might be higher. There are some areas that are blatantly bad. If they had of been honest and not done the carpentry work, it would have been a bad job anyway.

We had a great experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. They were on time, cleaned up well after the project, and worked very fast. They fixed a chronic leak we had been fighting for probably four years. We have had other people look at the roof, and no one has been able to solve it until now. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a roofing project.

Rock Solid Exteriors did everything they promised. We needed a new roof, and we're very happy with not only the work they did but how it was all handled. They communicated very thoroughly throughout the duration of the process. The price - though it was negotiated down - wound up being to our satisfaction. New roofs are expensive, but you want a company that stands by its work, backs everything up and is - for lack of better words - rock solid.

Rock Solid did work for my family before. My roof has been an absolute nightmare. The crew did not speak English. We could not communicate with them. They ended up replacing my gutters because they were slamming their ladders on them. They tore up my trim to rip the roof off. They had communication about other issues with bats. They did not take steps to deal with that. It is done now, but I hired an independent inspector to check the roof. The front and back of the house have bubbles where the shingles do not lay properly. There were multiple phone calls where I was trying to get things fixed. The people did not do what they were supposed to. They are finally done, but I am not happy with everything that has transpired. I have it in writing that they will replace the shingles if they do not lay properly. I called the warranty company, and that is the only reason I got that. If that did not happen I would not have paid Rock Solid.

They have to take more responsibility and do the job well. If they damage things, they need to fix it.

I really did appreciate they were able to get the job done in a timely manner. It was kind of a rough start. Once it was started, they were on it and they got it done.

Do not hire Rock Solid. Put your attorney on retainer because you are going to need them. They will over promise and under deliver. Add months to whatever time line they give you. Craftsmanship is terrible. CFO is a keyboard bully. Do not hire this company.

The subcontractors of the Rock Solid team destroyed landscaping along my driveway and Rock Solid disregards any ownership of the damage by their contractors, due to their contract which I did sign to have the job done. Note - I will tell everyone I know to NOT use Rock Solid due to their poor oversight, based upon my experience of the damage Rock Solid could cause and refuses to fix. While the roofing materials seem to be good, and the installation appeared to be done correctly (as I'm not a roofing expert) dealing with the costs afterwards to fix damage left by Rock Solid seems to not be worth the money saved signing-on with Rock Solid for roofing. Very unsatisfactory, very disappointed with post-job support.

The sales person, Dave did not want to leave my house when he was providing the estimate. Only after a call to the owner, was he able to give me an acceptable estimate. I required 6 phone calls and several emails with pictures to ensure that they honored the contract for the work that was to be done on my house. I was threatened with a lien on my house for insisting that they complete the contracted work and repair the damage done to my house before I paid the remaining balance of the contract.The company sent a crew of 3 people to tear off and install a 36 square roof. The crew and their work vehicle did not have any company logos and they did not use any safety equipment while performing the work on my house.I would actively discourage any acquaintance of mine from ever using the services of Rock Solid Exteriors.

I think it is a rock solid company, and they did what they said. I got a good install, and they did have the quality control guy come out to make them picked up the nails, and he even sent them back out to pick up more. They unfortunately did not get them all, but overall they did a good job.

I was not truthful and honestly dealt with. I waited two months for a Rock Solid crew to install the roof. I received a call in October that they wanted to start the project on a Monday, when It was storming heavily the whole week. Naturally I refused and asked why they would even think of starting the project under the circumstances. A crew arrived the following week, but they were not Rock Solid employees, but a crew of Mexican migrant workers lead by a Polish immigrant Chris who was very unprofessional. They acted like a pack of wild animals. They caused damage to my home, fixtures, car (flat tire from nails left all over the driveway), and landscaping, and made an unbelievable mess. During the project, when I spoke to Chris about the mess, he told me if I didn't like it to complain to the company. I complained to Rock Solid about the situation several times, but nothing was done. I ended up performing a significant amount of clean-up myself. The project was supposed to include Gutter Guards" but I was later told that they could not be installed because my gutters needed repair. I asked for a quote, but never got one. When I reported the the damage to my property, fixtures, car, and landscaping, the representatives argued with me about it. Luckily, before the project started, I had walked around the house and took images of everything. I could prove the damage they caused. The issues look 3 months to resolve, and the intervention of the Rock Solid CFO. The whole experience was terrible from beginning to end. I would never recommend Rock Solid to anyone.

Excellent installation job at a good price.

I am so happy with the final product. When no other company was confident in doing my 100 year old house's chopped up roof, Rock Solid came through. It looks fantastic. The jet black shingles are very attractive against my white siding and accents. Having quality material installed has given me some much needed peace of mind!

Overall, I am pleased with the work Rock Solid did on my roof and gutters. It looks great. Weather caused some delays in scheduling, but the team kept me informed. I would hire the company again.

I have a new roof in which I am pleased and grateful for. I am hoping that the extreme "platinum price" and Owens Corning Platinum Protection Program that I paid for will be reflected in the workmanship and longevity in both function and aesthetic of the new roof. I expected a bit more of on site attention from the actual Rock Solid front office regarding the install and a few other incidents. Rock Solid came to my attention in an advertisement on CBS Sunday Morning. I chose Rock Solid and the Owens Corning Platinum Warranty with the salesman Scott Detloff so I hopefully will never have to think about this roof again. Time will tell.

Take time to research all vendors who carry Owens Corning products and choose the right company.

Rock Solid is a top notch contractor whom completed the work in a timely fashion and without being intrusive to our household. Great experience.
