Hardest parts were finding best rate and waiting for materials. Contract signed, measurements collected mid Oct. We had to reach back for a time-frame after 6 weeks passed without word. Then scheduling the install was challenging, as Mad City requested Dec 23, and then wanted reason for why we said no, and decided to wait for end of Jan. Can't say all went off without a hitch, yet these new windows look better, function better and are price locked for a year from contract. Not bad, Mad City. Not bad.

James and the ABS Crew did a great job. Worked well together - something I always like to see. Checked everything carefully. Windows were well-built.

Had problem with getting the correct cupboard doors with glass. Contracted for one type but installed a different type. Had to refuse payment until corrected.

The install took two days, which was expected. The installer checked with us throughout the process and gave advice on the placement of grab bars and shelves. The finished product is awesome.
