If your roof qualifies, we proceed to fine-tune it, which involves a comprehensive service. This includes cleaning, sealing all vents, addressing any popped nails, and painting the vents as needed. Following this, we apply Roofmaxx to your roof to rejuvenate the shingles, effectively extending their lifespan by up to 15 years. This comes at a fraction of the cost of a complete roof replacement.
However, if we find that your roof is beyond the point of rejuvenation, we will recommend a roof replacement along with the option to enroll in our annual maintenance program to ensure its longevity and performance.
