Pros-----* Responsive to Communication (emails, texts, phone calls)* Adheres to schedules and deadlines. (The workers had to adapt to utility work being done on our street with rolling blackouts through the day)* One day install (~1800 sq ft)* Complete cleanup of work* Professionalism all the way around. (Owner and employees)Cons-----No itemized invoice. (Can make dealing with insurance difficult. Owner itemized items upon request. This point doesn't warrant any deduction in rating)Summary-----The process with Roof MD from start to finish was painless. I knew what to expect every step of the way. The roof itself has received complements from a variety of people, from random strangers to those in my everyday dealings. They have earned a lifelong customer here.

From start to finish Roof MD was fantastic. John was amazing! He said he'd fight for me with my insurance company, and he did not disappoint. He helped with color selections, and came for a final inspection to handle any loose details. I would strongly recommend Roof MD for your roof repairs or replacements.
