From the two colors we would have chosen, we went with an entirely different color after seeing the color on the other homes. That was very helpful. It was a good experience all around. We had five different roofers give us a quote. They weren't the cheapest, but we felt the most comfortable with them based on the information we got and because they weren't pushy or bossy. They gave us the information and let us make the decision on it. They weren't trying to hard sell. Owner came for estimate immediately. Best solution for all details, such as soffit ventilation. Took care of roofing,gutter extensions,gutter coverings,ventilation. Gave me one proposal and they did it all.Highly reccomend.

There are some issues we had when I had roofers before. They didn't address the issue, but it is not their fault. They did crack my driveway and never followed up with it. It is what it is. The truck that did the drop-off of materials put it on my driveway, and it was too heavy and cracked my driveway. This was from the supply company, so it is not their fault. Nothing happened as a result of it. I signed the waiver, but that is my disappointment with it. I didn't expect all these issues with the price I paid. I did have some work done with my gutters. I had to go back and re-secure them. I don't not recommend them. I think they did a good job with the quality of the roof and materials. From cleanliness and organization, I am a little disappointed. When I got the roof done, I was just expecting more. They could be more organized and clean up. They can do a better job of removing the old shingles. There were some issues because part of my siding got loose as well, and I had to go back and re-attach it. They did a good job with the roof, but the little things were just a disappointment.

Scott was a great sales representative, he was very factual and knowledgeable, not at all pushy. The crew that showed up were hard working and efficient. There were about 20 people and they worked great together.

They were a very professional and very courteous company to deal with. They were on time, gave extra details to my concerns, and did an awesome job.

A fantastic company, hands down. They were extremely attentive. They actually discovered more work would need to be done, but that was due to their high level and due diligence. I received a couple of other estimates where they totally missed that I had a cedar shake roof, but they discovered it. Though it ended up costing more, I was well aware and well-informed of what needed to be done. Whereas other companies, I believe they wouldn't have discovered it until they began the teardown process, and told me, "You owe us an extra $5000." Just extremely high level, due diligence, great company overall.
