My first impression of RoofPro was excellent customer service which is impossible to find these days. I called several roofing companies to get an estimate on replacing my roof. Nobody returned my call. When I called RoofPro, I received a text from Karina within 5 seconds of leaving a message. She told me Manuel would be contacting me to arrange a time to come out and give me an estimate on replacing my roof. Shortly thereafter Manuel texted me, setting up an appointment for that afternoon. Manuel was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered every question that I had. By early evening, Manuel sent me an email with the estimate. The price was reasonable so I hired them the next day. On July 18, 2022, the crew arrived at my home at 7am and immediately got to work. They worked nonstop from 7am until 8:30pm and completed the project in one day. They took very few breaks and, believe me, it was extremely hot and humid that day. They cleaned up all the debris after the job was done. Leo came out at the end of the day to inspect the job making sure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend RoofPro to anyone that needed a new roof. These are skilled, hard working individuals who have pride in their work. Thank you Karina, Manuel, Leo and the RoofPro crew for a job well done.
