On your third-party rating, you need to have a broader scaler than 0-4. On a scale of 1-10, I would have given some 9's. Overall, if I don't have any leaks I am okay. I was required to do this because of insurance.

Roof Pros initial installation went well and they did a great job keeping the job site cleaned up, but the city building inspector documented issues with some flashing and a possible underlayment problem on one area of the roof. It has now been 3 months since the install and I'm still waiting for resolution on the inspector's issues. I have had to initiate the communications with them almost every step of the way.

I was very impressed with their organization of Chris. They were professional. The work crew was very effective and was very professional. The clean up was done well. They were here on time and it was completed on schedule. I was satisfied with that.

The building inspector said that it was an excellent job and we had an excellent team that installed it. They were quick, they did their work, and they cleaned up. We didn't have to do anything.

Anytime we had any questions, we would call our rep and he would answer in a very timely manner. If I saw anything I was not sure of I brought it to their attention and they took care of it.

my roof looks great. BUT, the job took longer than promised, no workers on site could speak english to communicate with me, until the last day. Job site was not tidy at the end of day. THE COMPANY COLLECTED ALL THE INSURANCE MONEY ALLOTTED... $3000 WAS FOR INSIDE REPAIRS, AND I CAN'T GET AHOLD OF COMPANY FOR REFUND OF OVER PAYMENT. BEEN TRYING FOR OVER A MONTH.
