The process was very easy and every staff I worked with was knowledgeable and friendly. When the project started, the crew worked fast and made sure to clean up around my house when they left. I am very happy with the final product!

Alex is a great salesman and is personable. However, his company needs improvement in customer service, communication, and professionalism. The project manager for the property appeared to only care about collecting payments. They rarely provided updates on the progress of the project unless it was on or near a payment date. When I had questions about the materials ordered and installed on the home, it was difficult obtaining clear answers. Additionally, their workers blew an exterior breaker plug and the project manager denied they were responsible. They claimed their workers didn't need to use any plugs, which was totally untrue. They used blowers, nail and staple guns etc.

Overall I am satisfied but there were a few hiccups with the installation crew.

Thank you ROOF RECOVERY for a very nice new roof. Quality products were used with a great TEAM installing it. Communication from the beginning to end was A+ and amazing. ROOF RECOVERY worked with INTEGRITY as a TEAM to provide the best service possible.

Very unsatisfied on the communication with the estimator. Went to the manager but not feed back after the final job that was unsatisfactory. This is their profession to guide the customer. I feel like I wasted 27000.00 for going by good reviews that were posted. It's not like homeowners will changing a roof every year or so... So disappointed. Would post photos later.

I got 2 other bids but the estimators did not impress me. I went with roof recovery because they were on time and very thorough in their estimate. the work was done on schedule and they did not miss anything on the estimate. I had some rot repairs that they completed and the work looks great. I did not have to call them back for anything. I am very satisfied.

Roof Recovery has been the most professional home repair crew that I have ever worked with. They were absolutely a joy to work with. They're easy to talk to. Somebody was always available to answer any questions.

I don't know how other people represent Owens Corning in other states, but with Roof Recovery and their guy, Roy, took all the doubt out of the process. You don't get any of that buyer's remorse. It was excellent from start to finish. I didn't feel like I had gotten ripped off at all.
