The representatives were friendly and professional. They went above-and-beyond to verify the insurance estimate for hail damage and found my insurance company had missed an entire section of roof worth thousands of dollars, saving me that money. The roof replacement was done in one day. They also redid my chimney (which was also damaged by hail, but getting old anyway). Everything looks great, there are no leaks, and I have no complaints.
A great company. They did a fantastic job!
I have recommended Roof-Tastic & Beyond Exteriors many times.
They provided high quality work in a short amount of time. They worked really quickly and did a good job.
Very likely and definitely active on this.
The overall experience was fine. I would rate it 3–4 stars overall. However, one person who came out to my house was watching me through the bathroom window and never knocked to let me know he was there.
It was a big project and I had to be the project manager and follow up daily on next steps, what crew was doing which work, provide my own quality assurance and maintain the "punch list" and monitor it daily. There was very little communication offered. I had to reach out many times and ask what was happening next. Emails to my sales rep were always answered by someone else. For these reasons, I will not discuss this type of project with any of my friends.
I used them two times. I used them for a complete roofing job two years ago. They redid the front of the house with cedar shingles. It was previously not done properly, and they fixed it. Every time, the crews are awesome. They are polite and work well. They are all five stars.
Everything PGRS: Professional Grade Roofing + Siding has done has been very good.
PGRS: Professional Grade Roofing + Siding did an excellent job. I was quite satisfied with it all the way from the person who did the estimation to the actual workers who came in. They were all superb.
The work was excellent, There were kind, patient and professional people working, to assure the quality of work for customer satisfaction. I was very pleased with the work done and sure I will recommend your services to others. I was also very impressed with the customer representatives, Olivia and Brady Warren who made everything work!!! I am sorry I am not sure of Olivia full name to address her properly.
PGRS: Professional Grade Roofing and Siding was very professional, on time, and did quality work.
Salesman was very courteous, helpful with suggestions on problem solving , work was clean and neat and timely.
This was a long and extensive project including roofing, siding and fabrication of columns. The team worked with us at each stage through many changes and delays
Good job except didn't finish electrical
Great experience all around for a great value 10 out of 10 recommend
Great job!
Ask for Chase; he is great.
They did a spectacular job. I was thoroughly impressed from the beginning to the end.
I would absolutely recommend the company to my friends. They were professional and the quality of work was outstanding.
You won't find a better contractor.
these guys did really good work. siding for your house is not cheap. But these guys price was fair. and they worked fast and do great work. plus the were a prefered contractor with the product we use. and they have a great warranty.I am really happy with the work they did.
Everything went as planned. They did a good job and were very pleasant. I was extremely pleased with the results.
They are a great company to work with and have great results.
The crews overall were great. I am very happy with the outcome of the siding and trim, gutters, and windows. The only issue I have is that the paint on my new door had to be re-painted a couple of times and there is still some issues with it that were not addressed since the last time I reached out to the project manager some months ago.
By far the best experience I've had with any home improvement contractors to date. Very professional, communicative and efficient.
Excellent job, professional crew, and I am very happy with the project.
It was a pleasure to work with PGRS. The salesperson, project manager, and construction crew were all courteous, professional, and above all, honest about the work to be done. I was able to meet the owner as well, who came out to make sure the siding could be installed according to our expectations without any problems or errors in construction.
Basically I was pleased with the quality of work. They did what they said they would do and I recommended them to 2 other home owners in my neighborhood. I see now, a 3rd neighbor, within site of my house is using them for repairs. I'll definitely use them in the future as I need some additional siding repairs in the future.
The staff at PGRS went above and beyond to help fix a mess left by a different, cheaper competitor. The owner came out and gave his opinion on how to correct the problems. This was the 2nd time of using them and I highly recommend them.
After a minor wind damage incident, I advised PGRS and they quickly sent a repair crew to make repairs. The work was professionally done and completed in short order.I have been completely satisfied with PGRS since they finished my siding installation.
I am thoroughly satisfied from start to finish.
The only thing I was dissatisfied with was a little finishing detail that has come off the house.
Ariel is very professional and thorough in everything he does. I would highly recommend this company for repairs.
For likely to recommend, all of our complaint issues were resolved. The owner actually came to our house and apologized sincerely. However, it took a lot of phone calls and a lot of me being frustrated and angry with them in order for everything to be resolved. It involved a lot of teeth pulling to describe it before we actually felt satisfied with the apology and the way we were treated.
I would tell them to be careful about who their sales rep is. The workers did good work but the sales rep. made mistakes that I had to pay for.
The crew was top-notch, and the job was well done. I am very satisfied.
Go over every mark and symbol on their drawings and be sure items like sealing corners, sealing joints, and wavy appearance of final siding product are understood by all. My job was not a complete re-do and involved matching up with prior Hardie replacements. Take pictures of specifically discussed items. Painting prep should include scraping, repairing, and/or sanding prior paint job as needed, in addition to any new work- to a smooth paint ready state, especially around windows and trim boards. Caulk/recaulk well, and let it dry. Every project looks good if you just view the final paint from a distance at job completion, but closer inspection reveals shortcomings you will contend with in a couple years. Insist on two coats, of the best paint they offer (lesson learned- with a primer color slightly different from the finish to make the spraying gaps more obvious). If you have gutter helmets, clean them very well before considering letting PGRS paint them. New paint only covers mold/mildew for a little while, and rough surface disrupts the sheeting action. I also recommend you review Hardie siding installation instructions with the project manager, and watch the workers. Lesson learned from a prior vendor- if nails are over driven in Hardie boards, replace them. Caulking those nail heads at paint time just guarantees you'll need to recaulk & paint every few years.
Project included new hardie plank siding and gutters and we are very pleased with the outcome.
I have used them multiple times. I am a three-time customer. I have always had excellent service and I have never had complaints about anything.
Outstanding project mangangment.
I had 4 major repairs done and didn't have a problem with the new windows installation, or the new gutters and downspout installation, but the painting and siding installation were and continue to be a problem. To begin with I just wanted half the house painted, (the bottom half) the paint was mismatched and I had to pay to have the rest of the entire house painted, I thought that meant the rest of the house but they didn't and said that it didn't include the window frames plus one thin coat on the trim that dirt and discoloration can be seen through. The type siding installed requires that it be caulked, but this was missed in several areas and the bottom row is loose. The siding crew also drove a nail right through the wiring which shorted out two rooms and electrified the exterior metal to the point where the crew was getting shocked when they touched anything metal. To their credit, PGRS paid for the electrician to fix and rewire but not before they asked me to pay half because they had no way of knowing if the short already existed.
Outstanding experience. Would recommend to do your roof.
An overall fantastic experience! Could not recommend them more highly.
Customer Service was excellent and the price to value relationship was excellent.
I think it was an excellent job, done very nicely and very professionally. I was really satisfied with the whole experience.
I wouldn't use anyone else. I am a custom home builder, and he always does all of my work. I have been using him for a long time and I would not let anyone else do it.
I will use them again.
I was very satisfied with Jason's knowledge and the examination of my roof and what was needed.
PGRS: Professional Grade Roofing + Siding were professional, organized, and got the job done on time, correctly, and for a fair price. I have already recommended them to several others looking for a truly professional roofing company. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and the entire experience. 5 stars!
