Shane Sibbet knocked on my door one day, after an adjuster from my insurance already told me that yes my roof is bad, but the insurance would deny the claim.
Shane told me that he would have my back and help me every step of the way in order to get me approved for a new roof. He was there when the 2nd adjuster showed up, and everything he's done for me was with kindness and understanding regarding my upcoming surgery. He also went above and beyond by just being a kind human being, and that sadly is very rare these days.
The roofing crew went above and beyond, cleaning leaves and branches off my deck and patio below, and just being very respectful to me and my property in a professional and kind manner.

Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone I worked with was polite, professional, and punctual. Communication was clear and I never had an issue with getting a hold of anyone when needed. They started when they said they would and finished right on time. Anthony Dominguez handled my case and he did an amazing job working with me. Can't recommend these guys enough.

They had poor workmanship.

We were referred to Roofing Force by the Roofing supplier. Brandon was our first contact and he did an outstanding job. He answered our questions and our daughter‘s questions for a major hail storm in Tennessee with softball size hail and my dad‘s house about a quarter mile up the hill from us.

They did what they said they would and were very good and courteous.

Andrew was awesome and it was a huge help to us. He answered all of our questions and provided us with excellent customer service before and after the roof was put on. We really appreciate it.

They have great customer service, communication, guidance throughout the entire process, and the end result was what they told us it would be. It was well done all around.

Jaremiah Harris is who you want on your side! He went over and above his job description in helping me. I have never had to file a claim so I was not familiar with the process. Jaremiah literally was helping me from the initial claim filing to fighting the insurance company. Including getting the Oklahoma Insurance Commission involved to make the insurance cover my damages. Every question, doubt or issue I had Jaremiah was there!
The crew who did the work were amazing as well. Very respectful and efficient! My roof looks amazing!
One more shout out to Johnna Green for dealing with the paperwork and demands of the insurance company. I know they were not easy to deal.with!

The crew did not go over the area with a magnet and many (over two handfuls) of nails and staples were found my myself and by the contractor when I called to have him come check a few days after the roof was installed. This was a dangerous situation for my kids and dog, since I was not told that the nails/staples had not been picked up. We did enjoy working with Tyler, who was our contact. When we found a few nails and called to check if the yard had been swept, he came out himself to remedy the issue. Though we had a good experience with Tyler, the safety issue with the crew on installation day would make me hesitate to recommend Roofing Force. If we hadn't had that issue, I would be able to recommend Roofing Force wholeheartedly.
