Roofsmith followed up on my roof project and made it right !

Quality and aesthetics of the product I am pleased with. Unfortunately, communication from Roofsmith Restoration has been poor throughout the whole process. I still have yet to have the job 100% complete. Regret my decision to work with this company.

The initial salesperson never showed up again despite his claims to always be on site for installations. There was no indication of when the roof and gutters would be installed for months. I understand supply chain problems but really?

The entire Team at Roofsmith exceeded my expectations from the first meeting through the job being completed. Would like to call out Nate Shaffer, my Sales Rep and Project Manager for his professionalism and follow up. Rarely do you see this level of customer service, commitment to the projects success, and communications from anyone. I would highly recommend Roofsmith to anyone.

Quality of product and installation was very good. However, There have been some problems with communication and receiving timely responses to questions. Issue was partially due to our original contact leaving company.

Joe was professional and answered questions promptly. Great advocate- overall very pleased with this operation.

I was pleased to have a very professional group of people at Roofsmith Restoration available to replace the roof of my historic home. The large job was completed in one day by a group of roofers who arrived early & stayed until the job was done. My yard was clean when they left. My architect inspected for me & said the roof was quality work.

I have nothing but the highest recommendation for the work done by Roofsmith. Nate and his crew were excellent.The crew worked from sun up to sundown 2 days straight to complete the job. The next 1/2 day was spend making sure the grounds were left as clean as when they started.Thanks Roofsmith

Based on communication and working with the project manager alone we would…but when it comes to Roofsmith and our insurance working together to get this done, it has been an absolute nightmare. Lack of communication with us in regards to what was happening. Photos of damaged decking was not sent to StateFarm by Roofsmith, until months later upon MY request stating that StateFarm never received them and that is why StateFarm wasn’t covering any portion of the decking. A year later and we still are dealing with issues on both ends.

Mike was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended Roof-Smith to a couple different people.

Shea was the project manager on my job and he did amazing! He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and some questions I didn’t even know to ask! He was great to work with!!

I really was very satisfied with their job. I think they did a fantastic job. I have absolutely no complaints. They came at the right time, cleaned up all their equipment, and the roof looks great. I'm definitely happy and pleased. I really would recommend them.

the work was arranged to be done in a good fashion and then done in a timely manner. It was good work, well done. I believe the rppf will last as long as I will have the house and appreciate what and how it was accomplished.

The salesmen and staff were great to work with. The install crew we're very professional and extremely fast. Clean up was very good and a second person showed up for cleanup/quality checks which really put our minds at ease knowing the work performed and cleanup were done right! Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

I repeatedly requested photos of completed roof project. I have not received photos of entire full roof replacement.

The project coordinator, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They worked very hard to help with our insurance claim and to ensure that we had quality work instead of a shoddy patch and repair the insurance company originally demanded. I’ve already recommended Roofsmith to several people.

I scored it a 4 because we know other people that do roofing and roof work and this company is more like a big company, cooperation, and so it's not necessarily top of line, vs like a local company. I just view it differently because of the insurance claim and how they do houses on the street. I think about it differently, like a bigger company.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with Roofsmith. The office appears to be unorganized and unable to properly track jobs in progress and their communication with the customer is seriously lacking. Two windows that were a part of our contract were not ordered for more than 4 months. They sent an untrained teenager to install a downspout that was not properly attached to the house, jaggedly cut several inches too short and had to be redone. The ridge vent was not installed on our garage as the contract stated and had to be redone. We found countless nails around our property after the roof had been completed. Many were in plain view on our patio. It's as though the crew didn't even attempt to clean up nails. We found a roofing nail through our siding after the job was completed and didn't call them as we expected it would be an additional nightmare.

They said they will send a crew about my driveway - just a portion of the damage they have done. They never showed up. I lost $500 worth of shingles - which was my money. I think they accidently took my shingles. My roof turned out to be very expensive. A hundred percent of the money went to the insurance. Other than that the roof is okay. I am happy for the men hat measured the roof.
