Great people, excellent work, and Ms. Senior and staff, were wonderful!

They were on time and on a good schedule. They worked clean. They explained things in a way I could understand. They all had a pleasant personality. They were great.

After a rough start and personnel change, the project flowed successfully. Work was done with care and efficiency.

Overall, the experience was average.

The sub contractor doing the installation was very good. Would recommend.
Communication with Rose coordinator was spotty with several miscommunications and no answers.

Person doing the job was very knowledgeable, showed up on time, had good communication. However, I expected to have a ready bathtub/shower without having to clean anything up afterwards. All materials were not at warehouse when project was started.

My project with Rose Remodeling was very quick and well carried out. The crew was nice and they only took two and a half days to finish the entire project. Meyland and Cecile were great.

Take a second review to make sure customers are sure what they’re getting

We felt that rose remodelings initial visit with Don was informative and didnt feel pressured to make a decision. Then communication with Morgan was excellent. She kept us updated on install date, permit status and inspections, as well as other info.

Quality of work performed

I appreciated the time that the sales person, Steve, spent with me reviewing my needs and options available. The demolition crew did a great job. The plumbers and electrical Personnel were very qualified and thorough. The project coordinator was amazing and his communication was exceptional.

The person who worked on the bath was professional and personable. The company is good at keeping the customer informed of what is going to happen and when.

They kept us very well informed as to where everything was. When they said they were going to be there they were there.

The work this one young man did all by himself was amazing. They started the job on the day they said. They finished on the timeline. He ckeaned up the area after each day.

Excellent materials and experience installing. My shower isn’t a standard size because it was part of an add-on years ago. Roman daily cleaned up his work areas and removed the debris.

Honest, neat finished in time

It was an expensive project. I didn't get another bid and in retrospect I think I should have. Talking around to others and seeing the project from start to finish and understanding what was NOT included in the price I think I may have paid top dollar. That said, I was very happy with the finished result and it was made very clear to me what was included so I was not unfairly informed.

Customer service sucks and I chose a project which I assume would be handled by professionals. Not the case. If they were professionals, then why do I have back to back experiences with a leaking tub and damaged drywall? Why not run water in the tub several times to ensure no leaks before reapplying drywall? Twice now our pipes corresponding with the new tub which sits above our garage has leaked and caused water damage. They promote an emergency number to call which is useless because when we called the second time leaking had occurred, we did not get a timely response. We are now going to have to endure more stress, more time off from work, and likely more money and time to finally get this resolved. Where is the quality in their work? It is represented by damaged property. Money not well spent. Rose Remodeling is not the image they portrayed at the California State Fair. Now I can’t speak for all who work for Rose Remodeling. I’m sure there are better employees but my experiences with Oleg, Misha, Josh, and Jack left my wife and I with a bad impression.

Took 8 days to do a 2-3 day job

I thought they were very professional. I was very concerned going in that it would mess up the wall tile that I already had. I understand how they were going to make it work, but they made it work. He did a fabulous job! It looks wonderful. It exceeded my expectations.

The bathroom came out great. It looks very nice. Satisfied.

I would recommend you guys, but not without Fred such a great craftsmanship in customer relationship

Beware of their pushy salesman, because as soon as they have your money , off to the next.

The team who completed the work was diligent and dedicated, and I believe they did an excellent job. I was disappointed with Graham. He called saying they were on track to move forward but the permits would take a while. No one contacted me concerning the permits, and I had to call Graham and he had to check and then found out they did come in. I was apprehensive, wondering how long it would have taken them to notify me that the permits had arrived. It would have been good if Graham had been more proactive in reaching out.

Poor communication on the installer will not update you on the progress of his job , did not even tell us that he is done, he just left with the pile of trash in our frontyard.

The technician was great. He did a fabulous job. They left the windows with smudges and handprints on them. They need to clean the windows before you leave.
