Areas Of Satisfaction - I liked that they seemed to value quality workmanship. They worked efficiently as well as carefully. They seemed very versatile in the sense that I had them do many different types of jobs requiring a variety of skills. I have a very old house and things are very quirky. They seemed like they were really able to understand what needed to be done and do it well in a variety of areas. They did window work on a third story, replaced a rotten window sill, and a variety of other things.

Areas Of Satisfaction - They renovated my basement, and combined my breakfast room and kitchen into one large and modern kitchen. Both completed jobs exceeded my expectations. I plan to use them again. They also helped my parents put in a screened in porch, and renovated the kitchen for my aunt. Both of these results were excellent.

Areas Of Satisfaction - We came to Royal Contracting with a very ambitious project. Throughout the work, numerous issues were discovered with our house (previous owners had done work not up to code, improperly, etc.), but Royal Contracting handled everything impressively and we couldn't be more satisfied with the level of quality or workmanship.
