I contacted several roofing companies and Royalty was the only one that responded promptly. Someone from another company that said I had some storm damage, but Royalty evaluated the roof damage, that was mentioned by the other company, and they were honest in their evaluation. He said I'd be cheating my insurance company if I turned in a claim for the damage. The crew showed up on time, was well organized, cleaned up promptly each day with no mess afterwards and worked diligently the whole time they were here.

They are not just some guys with a pickup with a magnetic sign slapped on the side, they are professionals. The salesman was very attentive to my needs and desires and clearly explained what I could expect from them. I was pleased to know that they provided the required insurance to protect both the customer and their workers. The Owens Corning products and the certified installation are clearly high quality. Work on my project began ahead of schedule, even with rain delays. The roofing crew was experienced and knew exactly what to do and wasted no time. Everything that was discussed and quoted was provided and executed to the penny and every detail. During and at the end of the project my yard looked exactly as it did prior to starting the project. The salesman even made a visit during the work just to make sure I was happy and to make sure the crew had everything they needed to do the job right. Choosing Royalty Roofing & Sheetmetal for my home improvement project has probably been one of the best investments that I have ever made both economically and with piece of mind n my lifetime. Soon after the roof and gutters were installed, we had very heavy rains for several hours spread over several days and I am very pleased with the results. They know what they're doing. They are quick, and once they started the work it was great. It amazed me how well they did. They have done work for me before. When I got home, I couldn't believe they were there. There was no garbage left or anything. They get right to work and get the job done. I am very pleased. There was one little hiccup and that was it.

Everything went off without a hitch. Mother nature didn't cooperate, but you have no control over that. The roofing crew, Jarrod, and Scott were first-class all the way.

They were good and got the job done. They showed up when other companies wouldn't even show up to give an estimate.

We're very happy with the quality of the shingles. Overall they are five stars! If anything, they are a little pricey but in this world, if you want something done right, it usually is. We have had two done and we are happy with both.
