My husband and I have done remodels before and we care about high quality craftsmanship. RPS was outstanding from the start. No sneaky contract language, no snide comments about competitors, a fair bid with no “add-ons.” We appreciated the great work and crew’s attention to every detail. They are well worth hiring!! Our siding job on a 1944 house was first-rate and beautifully executed.

Had mutually signed contract with specific choice in materials and siding. Incorrect (much cheaper materials ) were delivered and installation began before I realized mistake and asked lead installer about materials. He showed me a copy of contract with cheaper materials written in by hand. I stated that was not the contract I signed and said I would contact sales rep/owner when I returned home later in the day. When I returned he said his boss recognized their mistake and would take incorrect materials down but project would be delayed as new materials needed to be delivered. The whole thing felt very shady and manipulative.

I recognize that many people in my area are likely to also have their owner’s insurance cancelled so I will share my incredible appreciation of RPS with the Nextdoor site and have already shared this with friends and neighbors.

The price was fair and the quality of work was great. We recommend them very strongly.
