Roofers were drinking while they were at my house. Took 4 days to do. No supervision was present. Clean up was ridiculous. Have been cleaning trash everyday for the last 4 weeks.

The crew came out early in the morning and worked hard consistently until they finished in the late evening… all done in one day!!!! They had many workers and cleaned up everything and hauled it all off!! We woke up to a beautiful new roof with a warranty for 40 years that will make us sleep easy knowing we are safe for many years to come!!! Also it looks beautiful and very neat!! Highly reccomend Ruff Roofing !!!

WORST customer service experience ever. 1st rep was excellent, overestimated materials and everything. The supervisor arrived AFTER my shingles underlayment and decking were removed to then say the entire roof needed to be replaced to the tune of double the original quote. Yet no new materials were brought on site AND they left with materials(4 sheets of decking,6 bundles of shingles and 3 rolls of underlayment).Attempts by the lender and myself to work it out were met with unanswered calls, lies, hang-ups, and rudeness. I will NEVER recommend this horrible company.

It's difficult to recommend a company with a failing grade with the BBB. I would have reconsidered had it been there when I checked.

The final bill was more than twice the estimated amount. I was told I would need to replace all decking after the shingles had already been stripped off my roof. I think if my decking was that bad it should have been caught by the estimator. By the time I was informed of this I didn't have much choice but to comply, since there were no longer any shingles on my roof. Whether this was legitimate or not there is too much chance for abuse with this system for me to recommend Ruff Roofing to anyone.
