The salespeople were prompt, responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They rapidly came for a visit and shortly provided and estimate. As promised, they texted many photos. But I was out of town. They talked with my wife about replacing the decking which was not part of the original discussion and bid. Nonetheless, the decking was 22 years old. So my wife decided to replace it. I was not happy about not being told this from Ruff and no pictures were provided to document the purported water stains on some of the decking. In the end, we wanted to have a good place going forward. I was just disappointed that there was no attempt to communicate with me. In hurricane Baryl, most of the rooves in my neighborhood were damaged, including that of our next door neighbors who had their roof replaced within the past year. So job well done that was flawless in the hurricane. Thank you.
