I believe I had an understanding with Scott Mineer that the restoration of the open spaces would be accomplished in a timely fashion. This was not done.

Rytech was initially doing a good job with the demolition. However, during the remediation, they had to come back because it wasn't completely done.

I am not satisfied with them. I had no problems with John Anderson. There was a lack of communication with the gentlemen doing the mold removal. I ended up firing him, and I am doing to work myself. I did not hear from him or my insurance company for over a month. It was not a pleasant experience. I did reach out to Bubba Ryan about my issues, but they were not resolved to my satisfaction.
