They are professional when doing the cleaning and drying of my walla from the flood.
Multiple errors in procedure -
1. Not able to assess the water damage efficiently. They left out garage and the bathroom. I had to inform them to check those areas out as well as they were adjacent to the leak.
2. Drying process with big blower fans spread the mould all over the family area which triggered severe allergic reactions for me.
3. Bill charged to insurance company was an exaggeration of services provided. I am not sure how the insurance company approved such a high amount!
I would have given five stars but the final billing request was frustrating as we paid the bill in full but then a few weeks later received one additional invoice. I spoke to a number of representatives and was provided different information, so it was extremely frustrating, but eventually it was rectified.
They came right out, even on Christmas Eve; I appreciated that.

Rytech service representative, Warran Black, was outstanding and super knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and flexible. He was very knowledgeable of what we were doing. The technical part was outstanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am very pleased and very happy, and so is my husband, having Rytech Restoration of Lee & Collier Counties. They did everything so completely well. They took care of everything above and beyond. After that, they made sure there was no more mold in there and accomplished very severe problems and did it well. My son was present through most of that, and he was very pleased with how everything was done. It was really a lot of work for them, and Rytech did it very willingly. We are pleased very much.
When we discovered we had water and mold damage and reported it to our insurance company, the insurance company contracted with Rytech and a leak detection company immediately. Dave from Rytech was the first on the scene to access the damage and did an excellent job of determining what had to be done and preparing an estimate of the remediation effort. All in all it took about took about 3 weeks from first contact to complete remediation and passing the necessary air quality testing. The team from Rytech was very professional, neat, and explained everything we asked during the process. The remediation is a horrible ordeal to go through but Rytech made it as pleasant as possible. From start to finish Rytech get’s a A+. We hope to use Rytech to do the restoration after their performance on remediation. We have several friends who suffered water/mold damage after the last hurricane and most of them went thru a lot more hassle than we did to get remediated. We would highly recommend Rytech
The guys from Rytech did a great job for us! We had water in about half our building soaking into the carpet and walls, and they rearranged their schedule to get there the same morning, while other places were quoting us 'there in a few days' or 'by the end of the week'. They brought in the maximum amount of stuff (fans, dehumidifiers) you could run on our electrical panel and had everything completely dried out in about 5 days. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I know who to call.
