Does not communicate well about total process, workers left equipment in the property for 2 extra days before returning to get it once completed.
Things just don't always add up with y'all. You don't show up when you say you are going to. I love your your technician, but I'm not happy.

Even the person they would reach out to on the phone could speak English but very heavy accent, on a phone call makes it harder to understand.

Rytech was sent out to my home by Liberty Mutual/Safeco. They informed me that it was not ground water and stated they fixed the issue. They took out my carpet, pad and cut holes all throughout my living room and was paid from my homeowners insurance. They informed me that Safeco gave them they ok to do so. Now my insurance company is saying that they will not repair what Rytech damaged. It’s something real bad going on and if I have to get an attorney I will.
The Rytech representatives that worked on my home, were friendly, professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about their business, they explained the process so that we understood it, they did an excellent job and the clean up was emasculate, it was a pain free experience. I one hundred percent recommend.

Rytech is excellent. They did their work well and showed up on time. They knew exactly what they were doing. I was very impressed with them.
When the living room had water damage, Rytech Restoration of Southern Hillsborough told us that we just needed to dry out the water. However, we were not able to make the repairs. We had to pay out of pocket to replace all the rotten panels. The insurance company would pay for the replacement because Rytech said that the replacement was not necessary. They did their job about checking the humidity levels. But when we removed the panels, there was fungus inside of the walls. It just really hurt us that they told the insurance company that we did not need to replace the paneling.
Rytech's service representatives were courteous, very responsive, and professional. I appreciated the knowledge they had on mold and water mitigation as well.
