I was satisfied. Rytech of Baltimore got everything dried up very quickly, and they were helpful. I am not sure how the price compares to their competitors.

The office lady was very unprofessional. She wanted me to stop and drop everything I had to do because the technician was on his way. She yelled at me and told me if I wanted them to come, then this is when he's coming. If they had called me 24 hours before the service to tell me when they will be there that would have been ok. I have a life and a schedule that I keep. The technician, Marquis, was very professional at all times. I have no complaints about him. He was a gentleman. I had to cancel twice on him and he rescheduled with no problem. He called 20 minutes before arriving. He was very good.
