I requested to have the report and the pictures for over six months. They did not send them to me. My insurance company sent me the money to pay Rytech and I did not get an invoice. I requested the report numerous times and didn't get it. I suddenly got a call from Sparky that did the work at my house, he was yelling at me that I was holding up his money for a month. He was asking why I wasn't paying it. I told him that I had been waiting on the report since January and it was July. I was waiting for six months for these reports, the pictures, and an invoice. This was the only way to get these reports. I told him it had been six months and you've been in my house since January. He was yelling and screaming. He said he would see me in court and put a lien on my house. I told him I would pay as soon as I got the report and the pictures. When you do a job at my house for $7900.00, I get the report. If you want your money, I will be happy to pay you for the job that was done. I will pay the minute I get the report. He destroyed everything with his attitude. The report is part of the job, as are the pictures. I don't want to be threatened with a lien on my house and I will see you in court. No judge would take this, it would be thrown out of court. His manager was supposed to have a call with him about this. Megan from headquarters apologized to me for his unacceptable behavior.

The worker who was here went above and beyond in his work. I would recommend them to anyone. They were very professional.
