Everybody that came to my home were competent, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.

Everyone was extremely professional. I forget the lead of the team's name, but he was probably the most knowledgeable young man. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and I believe he saved me a lot of money with how he set everything up.

Rytech of Dallas did everything they promised me they would do on time, and their communication was great.

They don't show up on time or do what they say they are going to do. They don't do good work, and they didn't follow directions. They also tore up our personal belongings.

I'm not sure because: there were wooden panels removed from my home that were ordered to be removed by Rytech; however there was NO mold nor asbestos behind the panels once removed. The Abatement team was not as careful as they could have been and therefore, there was damage to some panels making it very difficult to repair and repurpose/reuse. it was not a "clean removal" nor will the repairs go unnoticed. I called Rytech when the Abatement team told me there was not mold and they asked if I wanted it removed. Tytech said it had to be removed. I am not even sure Rytech did their own assessment; or if they used a previous one by another Tech team....not sure. As a consumer who is not familiar with this industry, how could I make an "on the spot" decision to not remove panels or to remove them. I relied on the call to your office. Very frustrating situation.

They did an excellent job. I just don't know when the situation to recommend them will come up. If someone asks, I will do it.
