The work was done well. I have a high regard for Rytech's work because of the person I dealt with, Taylor. He came out, did the work, and spearheaded the whole project. He was great! I have no complaints. If Taylor didn't take my call, he got back to me the same day. He always answered my texts. If something came up and he wasn't able to come to the house, he let me know. I have nothing but great things to say about him.

They started good, but then they damaged the floors that we refinished with a piece of furniture they moved. They tried to fix it, then sent another company out, and they made it look really bad. Then, they didn't finish the job, and they told us that we needed to hire another company to finish the job.

The gentlemen that came were polite, nice, efficient, fast and were able to answer all of my questions I had to ask.
