They did not do a good job.

The job was done and the techs were very nice. But bet little communication throughout the process, miscommunication between them and my insurance, and the whole thing lasted much longer than they said with techs showing up twice unannounced.

company did a great job overall. However, crew on sight needs to be able to communicate with your clients. At least one person should be able to speak English. Even the person they would reach out to on the phone could speak English but very heavy accent, on a phone call makes it harder to understand.

This company didn't do what they said they would do and made a mess.

The folks I spoke with at Rytech were all very kind and helpful. That said, the wheels moved slower than I expected (though in fairness I don't have much to compare it to) and the company they subcontracted through to remove our asbestos drywall never came back to take down their plastic sheeting or pick up their equipment. It took 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to get them to come get their hepa machine, we had already removed all of the plastic sheeting so we could use our kitchen in that time.
