They have been pretty good. I really appreciated Doug. Doug has been transparent and has worked with me.

Rytech provided a great service!

Service representative Doug informed me that he had reviewed what our insurance had approved and that we were all good to go, then proceeded to complete the work that was not actually approved by insurance and left me stuck with figuring out how to get the job finished with no insurance money left and no way to talk to insurance again since the unapproved work had already been done. Doug never responded when I repeatedly asked for clarity and help trying to explain to insurance so I eventually had to give up and just accept it. I tried to talk to Rytech about it and was repeatedly told that my only option was to talk to Doug about it.

They had to come back and take care of the mold. They did not take care of it the first time.

I was satisfied with the job. I had no problems with it.

Sterling and his team went above and beyond to make sure any potential water damage was discovered and addressed, and to help me with issues with and questions about the insurance claim process.

I initially thought highly of Rytech. This experience convince me otherwise. The work started on June 19, 2023 and wasn't completed until 2 months later, in large part because the work was understaffed. Other jobs were started instead of prioritizing the completion of my job. While I personally liked key workers who were here (Sterling, Eljay), sometimes only one worker would be and only for half a day. Doug Guerrant, initially responsive, stopped responding to my emails and microbial spray was put indiscriminately on walls and tile floors with no effort to repair, despite repeated requests. As well, cabinets and wall fixtures were needlessly torn out without any thought of the replacement effort and cost. If I ever (fate forbid) had another situation like this one, I would choose a company that could do the remediation and the repair.

Punctual. They came out to my home within 16 hours of flood damages which was at 9pm the night before. Thorough explanation of process and even had contractors in the area to further assist after water was removed. Definitely recommend

They were very informative and always called when they were coming out and did a splendid job.

I felt like it took them too long. They came to my house and would stay there for 2 hours, only cutting out a few pieces of sheet rock, knowing they had to cut it all out. It was inconvenient for me and kept me out of home.

They did an ok job with removing water damaged areas of the house, but they didn't remove all visible water damaged areas in the home. Some areas looked dry and felt dry to the touch, but was damaged due to the water, they never removed it. So I have large water stained ceilings on my bathroom and kitchen.

Everything was great according to what I expected it would be. Everything was good. I didn't have any problems with anything.

The service I got was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I received no written contract or invoices. They tried to force me to pay a balance that was inflated.
