The first person who came here, Adam, was very professional. He had someone with him that I also spoke with. They were both very nice and professional. They explained what they were going to do and what I needed to have done.

The technicians who came to the house were respectful and clean. We lived in our home during the project and they did a nice job of keeping the job site clean.

Tech was informative, courteous, considerate, hard-working, quick, cleaned up and hauled away all debris. He explained the process and what would happen over the next few days and the tech that stopped by over the next few days was just the same.

Being the first time I've used a disaster service, I was expecting a quick cleanup and careful handling of the contents of my home. I was very, very disappointed at the response level and time associated with this whole home disaster. The incident was reported on 9/21/22 and the first response was that evening when Justin came out and took many, many pictures and declared that the home was a total disaster and uninhabitable. He installed two dehumidifiers (only two he had on the truck) and started the process. It took almost 5 weeks for a second Insurance Adjuster to arrive and also declare the home a total disaster (there was still water in the basement, rooms still had most of furniture, wallboard, ceilings, and flooring still in the home ruined from the water in the home. This was not quick nor careful.

Rytech employed were great. Very knowable and took the time to explain everything to me. They cleaned up the work area and I had very little to do when they left.
