I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with Rytech in handling my flooded basement which occurred one week after I moved into my new home. My service representative, I believe his name was Justine, could not have been more professional and wonderful to work with. Your team worked very hard to handle my basement. They did a great job!

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency with how Rytech executed their restoration of my basement carpet. The project manager, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, did an EXCEPTIONAL job of explaining what I should expect and the overall timeline. He exemplified great customer service and he and his team represent the company very well. I have ABSOLUTELY no complaints. The company did the job perfectly.
They showed up, did not deliver our items, and did not take care of the issue; they made the situation worse instead of better. Furniture was destroyed, and the house was left in shambles. We had to end up getting more from the insurance company because they destroyed our house.

Our involvement with Rytech came at a vulnerable time, and one other company (not a Rytech competitor, but a company involved in sewage backup) tried high-pressure tactics to take advantage of the emergency and our never having gone through something like this before. Rytech did nothing of the sort. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

After a busted pipe in my home which damaged the first floor in our home Rytech representatives took charge and determined what was required to make my home a water free environment.
They have made this portion of a disaster the easiest to process and deal with. They handled everything from coordinating with me, the insurance company and an HOA involved. They took the lead in every step of the process.

One of the workers broke a mirror when moving furniture. Rytech basically has ignored the issue and has not contacted me about making me whole.

The representative that came was very professional. He took the time to explain what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and what was going on. When he reviewed everything in my house, he gave us feedback. They came in and were very professional. Everything was done right. He took a long time to get a quote back to my insurance company, but other than that everything was fine.
They were extremely responsive.
I am very satisfied with the service and commend Michelle as well as Vincent Padgett and his team for their efficiency, courtesy and professionalism; however , I was displeased to receive an email from Kami Graham ( in your Georgia office) on June 8th, asking me when we intended to pay. When I pointed out that we had a zero balance as of May 25th, some 14 days prior to her email, she failed to apologize for her error and dug in, alluding to payments passing in the mail! Not a good look ! Businesspeople need to know when to say"sorry! My bad"
