I had a really fantastic experience. Having my condo flood was scary but Rytech was highly responsive. Eddie, the tech that was assigned to my case was very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with tons of patience (thank you, Eddie!).

The guys came and went through the process quietly. They moved the furniture without damaging any of it. They cleaned up the space when were finished. All in all it was as painless as possible.

My unit had been dry for two months but when Rytech came in, they ended up cutting the drywall through a pipe and water poured out which re-damaged everything again. They also cut through tons of drywall, and it’s gonna cost me thousands of dollars to fix the drywall because they left it there open.

Our Rytech service tech was excellent. He listened to what happened. He worked quickly and got everything dried out as quickly as possible. I have no complaints.
