They came into my house to do water remediation. On the last day, September 11th, I told them to remove their equipment and they agreed. They took two pieces of the equipment out and came back in and put a 4x8 pole in the ceiling in the bedroom. The ceiling is in a landmark home. There is a giant whole in the middle of the ceiling now. They thought there was sheetrock under it. It was handmade wood. They ruined my ceiling. I am in the process now of getting the wood remade in a factory. As of now, the hole is still there. Where they cut the hole in the middle of the ceiling, there is no sheet rock. It is just cotton in the ceiling. They cut the hole for no reason. It was malicious. They just yanked the boards down. They didn't take any care with my ceiling. It was 90 years old.

I had to go through this process before with a different company when my washing machine messed up. The main floor washing machine filled up buckets of water and flooded onto the new flooring.
