The Rytech of San Diego personnel were more in a hurry to get things done than they were conscientious about the breakdown.

The team was very respectful and friendly. Communication between other companies doing the cupboard & floor removal was insufficient so that extra time was spent rescheduling workmen to come redo things

They did damage to tile in my bathroom and the wall in my living room. They left the protective plastic for weeks after they finished the abatement. Furthermore, they didn't take down all the plastic and the nails.

While our kitchen sink backup, extensive water damage to our Unit and the subsequent mitigation and demolition were conducted in February, we were only able to complete parts of the review pertaining to accessibility and communication at that time. We were out of the country, and had to rely largely on phone and email contacts between our management team, the Rytech representative, and ourselves. Long distance made this particularly difficult, but we were super pleased with Antonio and the regular feedback and photos he sent, and his timely responses to all our questions and concerns.

They were so efficient. They gave me calls ahead of time and were professional. I was very happy.

I had to rent another apartment, so I will get in contact with SafeCo. about the expenses when I get in contact with a contractor.

I was a happy with the service, but the only thing I was upset about was when they were moving the furniture from the kitchen they dented my refrigerator in a couple of spots. No one followed up with me about that. I have sent a couple of pictures to compare but no one was responded. That was the only thing that was alarming.

Probably not. They did a demolition job that took down my walls which included taking down cabinets. When they took the cabinets down they were damaged to the extent that we couldn't re-use them. My neighbor had similar work done and they were fine I assume they did a shoddy job.
