Additional Comments - Excellent staff From the lady on the phone to tge guys that came out ,all were great !!!

If you plan on going with Rytech, be sure to use their Chicago, IL office. Steer clear from the Northwest Indiana office; they are unprofessional, provided misguiding information, and have absolutely no consistency when it comes to their work staff.

The crew were all very professional. The setup and cleanup of the equipment to dry out the area where I had water damage was impeccable. I got plenty of advance notice when technicians were coming to my house.

They need to get a better handle on their staff. I called for two weeks with no follow-up. Not even the owner got back to me. It was very disappointing.

I would highly recommend Rytech to anyone. They did a great job.

I would rate it 10 stars if I could. They were very polite and considerate.

I felt like they cheated me. They didn't give me any documents explaining why or how they were doing the work. They never gave me information from State Farm. They continued the work without telling me how much it was going to cost. They have taken over 50% of my approval amount from my insurance. They told me not to worry every time I asked. They spent $11,000 on mitigation when my insurance approval for all work was $24,000. When the adjuster came and looked at the work, he told them not to cut the drywall longer than 2 feet. They did. I don't know what connections they have. I was severely impacted as the customer. I ended up spending more money to finish my basement. It's unforgiveable. I called their office, but they wouldn't send me the invoice. They want me to sign the certificate of completion so State Farm can release their funds. I found it unethical of them not to share their invoice with me. If I had seen the mitigation estimate of $11,000, I would have said no. They didn't give me any price information or any other indication. I found them to be highly unethical. I will complain to the BBB about it. I felt cheated. I'm not saying the workers didn't do good work. It was the office managers who cheated me. Still, the basement is not complete. I'm still struggling. What they did was not right. They have problems internally.

Professional and courteous. They explained what they were going to do, helped me understand their process, and left the basement cleaner and dryer than it's been in years. Wonderful service.

Rytech did nothing but waste our time and cause a month delay over couple of small shards of asbestos tile found in our insulation.

They did good work.

Rytech was called in by my insurance company after water damage in my condo. I was very happy with the communication, friendliness, and explanations that Connor provided.

They damaged stuff in the house that was not supposed to be touched. They cut into one of my water lines that was leaking all over the floor, broke my windowsills, put holes in drywall that was not supposed to be removed, and tore up flooring that was not supposed to be torn up.

They were great!

Our insurance company assigned Rytech to assist us with the water damage inside our house in February. They were on time, very professional and did a great job.

The technician was very friendly and was always courteous of our time.

They did an amazing job for me. They were on time, very efficient. I couldn’t believe how well they treated my possessions when the sewer in my building backed up and destroyed so much! They were in the task right away . My brother came by to check on them and they were always hard at work and since wrote a letter to Rytech to compliment the crew! They were awesome !! Thank you liberty mutual for sending them !

Rytech was very good. There were some staffing issues. It took them a while to put in the fans and dehumidifier. They workers were very timely when returning phone calls.

I am still dealing with them they burned up some of my electrical outlets after plugging in their machines.

They said they would give a free estimate but they asked for three hundred dollars for me to receive my estimate.

They were very efficient and helpful. They moved everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need. They are also very prompt.

The customer service and ability to keep me informed of the overall status of everything was terrible.
